A publication’s budget is dependent on obtaining quality printing at the best possible price. University Relations’ staff are among a select few at MSU authorized to seek competitive bids. Our ability to help clients produce their publications economically is tied to our knowledge of print vendors and their “niche” capabilities.

Mailing

Getting a publication into the mail often requires staff resources that a unit would rather invest in other activities. University Relations can arrange for mailing service that minimizes undelivered mail due to address problems and maximizes adherence to postal regulations in order to achieve the lowest postage rates. Also, we can secure mailing lists for units that need help in reaching their target audiences.

University Relations can secure mailing lists for targeted audiences as well as arrange for mailing of client publications.
