Submitting A File Electronically We make it easy to work with us by offering several electronic options for clients to send files as an alternative to visiting us. Follow the instructions below to send files using e-mail or to post files to our FTP site. Our team of prepress technicians uses the latest versions of graphic arts software (such as QuarkXPress, PageMaker and Photoshop) and is skilled in both PC and Macintosh platforms.
E-mail To submit a file using e-mail, send the file to msups@msu.edu. One of our customer service representatives will acknowledge receipt the same day and will begin processing the order. If the file is too large for e-mail, follow the FTP instructions below to send to our FTP site.
FTP To submit a file using FTP (file transfer protocol), send the file(s) to our FTP site. Using this method is perhaps the quickest way to send files to MSU Printing Services. A password must be requested the first time this option is used. Passwords can be obtained by contacting one of our customer service representatives.
